We understand that plans can change and aim to be fair. However, due to the specialized and personalized nature of our hospitality-focused services, our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund – Issued only if we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Partial Refund (up to 50%) – Available if you cancel before we begin work on your application, course guidance, or university shortlisting.

No Refund – Once work has started or for all higher-tier packages — including Mentorship, Admissions Assistance, Hospitality Career Advisory, and other customized plans.
These services require significant time, research, and resource allocation from the outset. Please review all details carefully before committing, and feel free to reach out for any clarifications.
3. Cancellation by User
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing via email at support@nikshalahospitality.com. We will process your cancellation request within 5–6 business days.
4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time for reasons such as:

In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the service.
